A Great Superset for the Weight Room: Plate Flips

A great way to build hand/grip strength and coordination. Players will struggle first but expect a fast learning curve. Important to emphasize a basketball stance as well. We use this exercise as a superset. 15-20 each hand. Most of our guys use 10 pounds bumper plates.
