Building Your Coaching Staff

I believe it’s important for head coaches to train their assistants to see the game through the same lens. Assistants can certainly have opinions, but they should know what we are trying to accomplish and the details needed to do so. If assistants don’t understands that they cannot add much value. Often times this leads with assistants identifying problems and struggling to offer a solution.
